HI! WELCOME TO MY SITE!
I have made this site out of pure adoration for the most gorgeous actor in the world: Elijah Wood.He is so talented, and his portrayal of Frodo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings trilogy is absolutely perfect - no-one could have done the job better, to me anyway. He is so very beautiful and sensitive, and completely adorable! My house is covered with Elijah/Frodo pictures, standees, screensavers, desktops etc. etc..... Walking around looking at pictures of Elijah just makes me feel happy and light - he is so lovely to look at! |
AUTUMN IS HERE
Well Autumn is definitely here in England, the weather still being mild. Lots of nasty colds and tummy bugs going around at the moment. :-( I am going to delete my guestbook for a bit, it seems to have been overtaken by Spam robots and won't seem to respond to anything I do. I will put it back later. Sorry I never seem to change the photos lately - the quota on the site is full and I just don't have the time right now to work out which ones I need to delete and replace! Oops! And another apology - my LiveJournal is hardly worth visiting these days, I just don't seem to feel inspired to update it lately. I do visit my Flist occasionally and love them dearly, but there have been nasty goings-on over the last year or so in LJ, which has put me off revealing too many details of my personal life and innermost thoughts online. I think too, now LOTR is in the main gone, we all miss it terribly and there is not a general focus for we hobbit lovers. Ah well, we still love Elijah. |
NOW A BIT ABOUT ME ...
My name is Julie (Jools to friends) and I live in South-West England. I work full time as a receptionist/secretary. I am divorced and I have an 12 year old daughter and we live in a rambling Victorian house in a small country town. I am Pagan, psychic and a hedgewitch. I am trying to learn the tarot, have been for three years but struggling. Maybe that should tell me it is not for me, but I have been told otherwise, many times, so I guess I need to find that most elusive thing, time, to study and concentrate. I have always loved cooking, creating recipes myself and when I have time, enjoy making chutneys and jams etc. I used to make most of my own clothes but, yet again, have not had the time for many years and seem to have lost the thread *giggles* - an unintentional pun!! I also enjoy gardening and good wine and cider. I adore all animals and creatures of the earth. I intend to start catching up with old friends and family as often as I can, and start enjoying life again, in the company of my darling daughter, and whoever it is my destiny to spend some time, or maybe the rest of my life with, either those I know now or may meet in the future. I have been a lover of Tolkien's work for many years and have read The Lord of The Rings about 8 times. My birthday is 13th January (the same as Orlando Bloom's), Starsign: Capricorn. Chinese Astrological Sign: Sheep/Goat depending on source. |
Just staring at Elijah makes me feel happy!
I would appreciate any feedback, and would particularly like to hear from Elijah fans in the UK - I am sure there are thousands but I do not seem to have met that many yet!
As I said in the paragraph above, I am deleting the guestbook for a while, but I would still love emails, please, if you would like to talk about Elijah, Frodo, or anything really!
